Apartment:
Weekend and Holiday reservations
require $200.00 deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee
for weekend and holiday reservations. If we are unable to book the room for
the same length of time as the originally scheduled reservation, you will be
billed for one night’s stay. Credit card or $200.00 cash will be held
on file for up to one week after departure to cover damage or missing items.

Check in
Policy
- Daily bed making and light
cleaning available for stays up to one week.
Dishes must be rinsed and placed in
the dish washer. Additional $25.00/day fee.
- Short stay cleaning service fee will include,
daily bed making, surface area of bath and
Kitchen as requested. Dishes must be rinsed and
placed in the dishwasher.
- No daily cleaning service for
stays over one week.
- Long term stay cleaning service is available for
$75.00/ request.
- Parking for 3 vehicles or 2
vehicle and boat, one garage space is included.

mo. includes utilities, trash, wifi, cable, printer, playground, and
Olympic size pool, boat launch, lake access.
Monthly residence deposits: $30.00 garage
door remote deposit,
$25.00 gate opener deposit. Credit card on file for damages or
missing items.

Residents and Guest will be held responsible
for damages to property and contents and replacement
costs for missing property. Credit card must
be presented at check in to secure property or $200,
deposit, refundable after 7 days is everything is in order.

Property
management will access the property, with Residents permission, to
make repairs to the outside as we deem necessary for the safety
and security of the house.

Hot Tub is shared with upstairs residents with prior request for
access in case of monthly residence.

Repairs to the
inside will be carried out at Guests request within a
reasonable amount of time.

Please do not pet or shoot wild animals or
feral cats that wander on the property.
Property owners will not be
responsible for hot tub, shower, bath or kitchen injuries.
Property owners will not be held responsible for falls in or
around the property. Property owners will not be held
responsible for injuries by feral (homeless) cats, deer,
raccoons, possum or any other wild animal that may wander on
the property. Please do not wear flip flops on wet patio or in
wet areas in the garage as this may result in a fall.
Please do not try to pet feral cats.
They are not aggressive but they are frightened by people. Even
if they should allow you to pet them, when it is time to stop
they will slap with their claws which could have you drawing
back a bloody hand.
